The Port Hope Predators closed out a home-and-home with Whitby last night, handily disposing of the home Fury team 6-3. The Preds were on the winning side of the shot clock for the first time in a few games, outshooting the Fury 36-26. Spencer Finney had a solid night between the pipes and earned his fourth win of the year.

Having switched to the team's top unit, Mitch Moffatt found his game and scored two more goals and an assist. Leading scorer Tyler Miller added three assists to his point total, while Capt. Jeremy McCarty led the way with four points. Peter Baldwin, Dave Williams, Dave Harris, Alex Tillaart, Jared Barker and Travis Savard had one point each
